Huncote has a good range of sporting and recreation opportunities.

There is a football pitch on Sportsfield Lane which can be booked through Huncote Parish Council.

Huncote Leisure Centre offers a gym, dance studio, squash courts, sports hall, sports pitches and BMX tracks.

The leisure centre and surrounding site was closed temporarily on 2 November 2021 due to methane gas monitoring work, to try to resolve the issues. The site reopened on 17 October 2022. For further details please contact Blaby District Council.
