The L.A.A. was founded in 1956 by Dorothea Farndon
The L.A.A. is a rescue and re-homing Centre for dogs and cats
The L.A.A. has a non euthanasia policy except on Veterinary and or behavioural advice
The L.A.A. occupies a four and a half acre site in the Leicestershire countryside at Huncote
MISSION
Leicester and Leicestershire Animal Aid Association serves the public by providing a second chance for unwanted, abandoned, lost, stray and neglected cats and dogs.
Their welfare is our primary concern and their needs will be met with kindness and understanding.
